Gwyneth

Gwyneth’s background is in science, she graduated from Cambridge in physics and worked worldwide as an oil exploration geophysicist and project management consultant before retraining as a therapist.

Gwyneth says: “I came upon EFT almost by accident when I had just started out in training as a therapist and like everyone else I was sceptical. Tapping on your face how can that possibly work? But then I witnessed a friend’s intense and life long phobia disappear in minutes and helped a woman crippled by OCD to live a normal life again so I became convinced that here was something worthy of attention. I read and watched everything I could get my hands on and crossed the Atlantic several times to train with Gary Craig and gradually EFT became central to my practice and my life.”

In January 2006 Gwyneth passed the very thorough and rigorous EFT Masters exam process of practical and written assessment. As an EFT Master she has presented at conferences in the US and UK and recently managed the UK EFT Masterclass conference. Gwyneth has regularly had articles published on Gary Craig’s website and a collection of these is available as an e-book through her website www.emotional-health.co.uk.

Gwyneth says: “EFT is at the core of my practice and I love to introduce others to EFT. I have trained therapists and people-helpers who have taken EFT into schools, hospitals and prisons with wonderful success. I can’t explain or teach how EFT works and I can explain and teach the craft of how to do it.”
